By using fundfoundr.com, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose — read them.

What FundFoundr is (and isn't)

• FundFoundr provides done-for-you credit, business-setup, and funding-preparation services.
• We are not a lender, a law firm, a tax advisor, or a credit counseling agency. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice.
• The free assessment is a readiness review. It is not an offer of credit and does not guarantee any outcome.

No guarantees

Every number we share is a range based on your profile, not a promise. We do not guarantee funding amounts, approvals, lender or government-agency timelines, credit-score changes, or removal of accurate information from credit reports. Lenders' underwriters make the final decision. Subject to credit approval; terms vary by lender. Where a FundFoundr service carries its own written service-level guarantee (for example, an LLC-formation timeline in a signed service agreement), that written guarantee applies as stated in the agreement.

Your part

• Give us accurate, truthful information. Applications are always truthful and in your name, and nothing is submitted without your approval.
• You sign up for credit monitoring in your own name and authorize us to access your reports through it. We never hard-pull your credit.

Paid services

If you engage us for paid work, the specific services, cost, and cancellation rights are set out in a written agreement you'll review and sign before anything moves forward. That agreement — not this page — governs paid work.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, FundFoundr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. This site is provided "as is."
